Ferrari 156 Dino Monaco/Reims/Modena 1957 by Jade Miniatures
Ferrari 156 Dino 1957
Hand built available JAD4352M Severi JAD4352M2 Trintignant JAD4352MB Musso JAD4352MD Collins & JAD4352MT2 von Trips
Ferrari’s first V6 race car made its debut in the Naples Grand Prix, Musso qualifying the Formula 2 machine third in a mixed F1/F2 grid and finishing in the same position. Our usually reliable reference for races of this period lists it as race #13 but the photos included with Jades kit clearly show that it was #24 as modelled. The kit parts are well proportioned and cleanly cast, with a small amount of etch for the suspension and other fine details. The hand built is neatly assembled and the paint finish has a realistic level of gloss. An important piece of Ferrari racing history.

About Jade Miniatures
A well established range of well thought out kits and hand built models of competition cars, mostly from the golden era of the 1950s and 60s. The kits are generally pretty simple with well cast resin bodies, small numbers of resin and white metal ancillaries and a modest amount of etch. In the case of open wheeled subjects, the etch usually includes most or all of the suspension. Hand builts generally well finished. Made in France.
