Bentley Mk6 Ivo Peters by Oxford
Ivo Peters was a well-known photographer of steam railways in the UK and his trusty steed for his journeys around the country was a dark blue Bentley MkVI owned from new until ill health curtailed his activities in the 1980s. The basic shape of the car looks good and that deep blue paint is well finished but as ever with this range it is the small details that belie the low cost of the model, on this occasion a radio aerial that looks as if it made from a heavy pipe.

About Oxford
Traditional diecast models, mostly of historic British vehicles. Overall shapes and paint finishes usually excellent. Some of the smaller detailing such as wipers can be a little heavy and wire wheels are sometimes replicated with printed acetate discs. Price point is very low, so something has to give and with a few accessories they make excellent models. Made in China for the UK.
