Tron are certainly getting value from their very good Marzotto Ferrari pattern and here we see the unique machine as driven by Guido Mancini to fourth overall on Berlin’s Avus motorway in 1952. The model’s packaging includes a photo of the car on a very wet starting grid and from this the shape and decal placement look good. The paint finish is excellent and the smaller details are neatly fitted.
Very well finished low cost hand builts from the Tron stable. Generally speaking, the body shapes are well proportioned, the paintwork excellent and the simple detailing carefully placed. Fine etched wire wheels are used where necessary. Made in Italy.
