The unusual Michelotti bodied Ferrari built for NART in 1976 makes for an unusual addition to any Daytona collection as it didn’t start the race! The decoration is extremely similar to that on the Le Mans entry three years previously but an accident for the truck transporting the car to the circuit on race day saw the car too badly damaged to line up on the grid. The basic shape of the model is pretty good and the paint finish is excellent. Decals provide all of the colour and these are neatly fitted, with the edges of the red panels deliberately faded.
