Stirling Moss 1961 Tourist Trophy winning Ferrari by SMTS - reviews page 1
This is a very fine model of one of the most charismatic Ferraris of all time - the 1961 Tourist Trophy 250GT SWB of Stirling Moss. Made with skill and precision - and also available as a kit - it is a fine piece of model creation.

Monte Carlo Rally 1955 Aston Martin DB2/4 SMTS - reviews page 1
An example of an increasing attention to hand-built model finish and detailing by SMTS is this excellent classic Monte Carlo Rally Aston Martin from the days when you could run virtually standard road cars on that event. Like the Ferrari above, it is also available in kit form.

Maserati 450S Le Mans 1957 by Southern Cross - reviews page 6
With a body by Costin and Zagato this car was one of the most handsome coupés ever to run at Le Mans - and the noisiest until the screaming Mazdas came along. It has been modelled with great skill and seemingly infinite attention to detail this month by Southern Cross Models. This will be a fun build.

Ferrari 312T2 Canada 1977 super-kit by Tameo - reviews page 7

As modern Formula One racing becomes ever more bland and processional, it is no wonder that the thoughts of real racing enthusiasts turn ever more frequently to the exploits of the late Gilles Villeneuve - Jacques' father. In his day he was the most exciting and spectacular driver, refusing to accept defeat even when his car was clearly a mobile wreck. To those of us who watched in awe as he exhibited a genius like talent to tame what was often a 'dog' of a car, it is a delight to have new models like this one to remember the man and his era by. This is an amazing kit, a classic absolutely packed with wonderful detail and accompanied by one of the finest sets of full-colour instructions it has ever been our pleasure to study.

BBR - Ferrari 330 GTS 1967 by Michelotti - reviews page 10
A refreshingly unusual subject modelled with great skill, taste and verve. But - for some unfathomable reason supplies may be hard to come by...
