Pride of place this
month is a very high detail limited edition hand-built. It is of
course, LP Creations Malaysian Grand Prix winning Ferrari
F2001 (ref LPC013).
The unusual green machine below the Ferrari is the first kit from
Endurance Models Cars and is the Bentley TT which finished 8th at
Le Mans in 1950 (ref EMC001).
A review can be found on p.8. Below the
Bentley is a rather more familiar looking British machine, the Jaguar
XJS convertible, offered by SMTS as either a kit (CL071)
or hand built model (CL071M).
Playing a supporting role we have Echoes lovely little Frazer Nash
from Le Mans 1949 (ref ECH001)
which finished a superb 3rd overall driven by Culpan and Aldington.

The tiny yellow machine
at top right is Starters bargain hand built model of the 1967
Honda S800 coupe (ref ST0193M).
The superbly colourful single-seater
below the Honda is Studio 27s 1:20th scale, BMW powered, Benetton
B186 which Gerhard Berger steered to victory in the Mexican Grand
Prix. The kit (ref STU20104)
offers either this winning car or the
sister machine of Teo Fabi. Below the Benetton is Marsh Models
updated model of Bruce McLarens 1967 M6 CanAm, available either
as a kit (ref MM076) or hand built
(MM067M4). Finally we are pleased
to announce some new kits from Tenariv. The two cars shown are options
in kit TEN288 and are the Cooper
T86Bs driven by Elford and Servoz-Gavin
in the 1968 French GP.
